Welcome to Dr. Concierge MD. By accessing our website and participating in our concierge medical programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership Services Dr. Concierge MD provides personalized medical services based on the membership level selected. These services are governed by a separate Physician-Patient Agreement, which takes precedence over these website terms.

2. Not an Emergency Service Dr. Concierge MD is not an urgent care or emergency medical provider. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

3. A2P Messaging Dr. Concierge MD is a concierge medical practice based in Texas. We utilize A2P messaging to provide our patients with real-time updates on appointment reminders, health summaries, and practice information.

• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to our designated number. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
• Support: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@drconciergemd.com.
• Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will typically receive 10-15 messages per month. For questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

4. Website Use You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use this site to distribute viruses, engage in spam, or infringe upon the intellectual property of Dr. Concierge MD.
